Are you being bombarded by so-called lead generation companies promising over 100 leads per week? These “guarantees” are empty promises from copycat operators.
Watch my latest video and learn how to spot the red flags. Don’t waste your precious advertising dollars on programs that will never work.
In recent months, there has been a surge in companies targeting real estate professionals with lead generation campaigns. These unqualified charlatans have seen a legitimate tactic at play and thought, “I can do that…” But most don’t understand the real estate industry at all. In fact, they prey on real estate professionals who want quick fixes and will promise anything to win the business. In the end, they take your money, deliver a few bad leads, and disappear, leaving you with nothing to show for it but an empty wallet.
Here’s a reality check: if someone promises to generate 100 leads a week for your real estate business, your service area would need to have over 100,000 homes. You don’t even need that many leads; you just need real people who are ready to transact.
Instead of falling for the hype, do your due diligence. Ask the tough questions: Do they hold marketing certifications? Do they specialise in real estate? Are they investing in their own marketing or just telling you to invest in yours? Is their website polished or cobbled together? Are their social profiles up to date with real client testimonials, or just AI-generated avatars?
If a marketing provider’s services are cheap, it’s because they’re hoping you won’t notice they’re cutting corners. Remember: you get what you pay for. So, choose a marketing partner who can prove their expertise and consistently deliver results, not just false promises.
If you suspect your marketing has fallen into the wrong hands, book a complimentary one-hour consultation with me, Melanie Hoole. I’ll show you how to invest your advertising budget wisely and build a marketing system that actually works for your real estate business.
